Who are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to learn, have a keen eye for detail, and that are good at time management.

Our Graduates quickly become a face of RPGCC and we need people that are good communicators and that are able to liaise with clients effectively.

We will consider any degree subject but we ask that you have or expect to obtain 2:1 and above.

We also ask for three A levels equivalent to 120 UCAS points or above as well as grade 5 or above in Maths and English at GCSE.

(Whilst we prefer that applicants will have, or are on course to achieve, a 2:1 degree a 2:2 degree will be considered so this should not be a barrier that prevents you from applying). We will look at your academic results alongside your personal characteristics and soft skills which we consider to be of equal importance.

We offer a training package that pays a competitive salary at market rate. As a guide the starting salary for 2024 was £30,000 and this will increase as you pass your exams.
