We are looking for a Personal Tax Senior Manager to join our vibrant and rapidly growing tax team
We are an ambitious, London based, top 100 firm of accountants and we are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Private Client tax team. Joining us means you will be joining a very sociable vibrant office, with regular nights out and an inclusive culture.

You will either currently be a manager looking for a new challenge and looking to work with a firm that can match your ambitions. ATT/ CTA qualified is desirable. You must be currently a tax professional in a client facing role with at least five+ years experience dealing with complex compliance and advisory projects.
We are looking for an senior tax manager to work with our existing tax team and partner group to work on a growing amount of advisory work.
You will have your own portfolio of clients as well as providing assistance with the oversight of the personal tax compliance function and liaising with our outsourcing team. The role will offer a varied range of advisory work, so previous exposure to advisory projects is desirable.
This is very much a client facing role which will involve a lot of client interaction so strong communication and client relationship skills are a must. This role offers progression for the right candidate.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates
• Working on individual clients including entrepreneurs, city financiers and those with international tax issues.
• Provide assistance to the PC director and partner group on advisory work, which could include:
o Inheritance tax
o Use of trusts
o Capital gains tax planning
o EIS/SEIS schemes
o Property taxes
o Enquiry work
o Residence and non-domicile planning
o Profits extractions
• Working directly with partners and directors on their personal client projects and liaising with other teams to deliver results.
• Seeking planning opportunities within the current client base
• Assist with management of WIP, billing and debtors across the team
• Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
• Technical research to provide possible solutions to complex tax issues
• Working with senior members of the team to promote the tax team internally and externally
