Share schemes can be a great way of motivating, retaining and attracting key employees.  There are a number of HM Revenue & Customs  approved share schemes available which can offer tax benefits to employees and employers:

  • Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI)
  • Company share option plans (CSOP)
  • Save as you earn (SAYE)
  • Share incentive plan (SIP)
