Transaction Services Director

James is a Transaction Services Director in our Corporate Finance team here at RPGCC with over 10 years deals experience. James trained and qualified (ACA) with a top 10 firm, where he continued to work at Director level before joining RPGCC in 2025.

James has extensive deals experience, having led due diligence on over 200 transactions, which range from £1m – £500m. His experience covers buy-side and sell-side due diligence, vendor assist and SPA related services.

James has key specialisms in education (childcare, schools, higher education and apprenticeships), financial services, retail, manufacturing, software and property transactions.

Outside of work, James enjoys travelling and playing golf and cricket.
