We are experts in bespoke, tailored accounting solutions, we have been tailoring our services to meet the demands and needs of companies of all sizes for many years.

Formed in January 2013 from the merger of Crouch Chapman chartered accountants and the London office of Royce Peeling Green, we are an independently owned, full service, firm of Chartered Accountants regulated by the ICAEW.
Our origins go back to our original firm, Crouch Chapman, which was established in 1892 in the City of London.
Today the firm has an office in London EC3 and one in Woburn and 16 partners and over 80 staff. These are divided between audit, taxation, accounting services, corporate finance and financial services.
We have several distinct departments, each with its own specialty. Our audit department services a wide variety of clients, from smaller companies through to large international businesses, including listed companies, AIM and PIE.
Taxation advice and planning is an important part of the firm’s general practice. We have assembled a partner-led team of specialists who deal with corporate and personal tax.
Our Tax team deal with both UK and overseas taxation matters. We can also provide advice on all areas of private client taxation, including inheritance tax during life and after death.
We stay connected and in contact with all of our clients, making sure that they feel comfortable and understood at every step.
