We carried out a client survey in May 2024 asking our clients, old and new, about the service they receive from us as a team.
We asked about their relationship with their key contact, our service delivery, and whether we perform well against our business core service values.
We are delighted with the outcome with an NPS score of 58.
To put this into context, in the UK today the median overall NPS score for businesses is 44. Of course, there is always room for improvement and that is what we will work hard on in the coming months.
