RPGCC is an independently owned, full-service firm of Chartered Accountants regulated by the ICAEW. Formed in January 2013 through the merger of Crouch Chapman Chartered Accountants and the London office of Royce Peeling Green, our history stretches back to 1892 when Crouch Chapman was first established in the City of London.

Today, RPGCC operates from offices in London EC3 and Woburn with 15 partners and more than 115 staff, delivering expert services in audit, taxation, accounting, corporate finance, and financial services. Each of our specialist departments is led by experienced professionals who bring sector knowledge and technical expertise to every engagement.

Our audit team works with a wide variety of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to large international groups, including listed companies, AIM, and Public Interest Entities (PIEs). Alongside this, our partner-led tax team advises on both corporate and personal tax matters, covering UK and overseas taxation as well as private client issues such as inheritance tax planning.
