Change at RPG Crouch Chapman

It’s all change at RPG Crouch Chapman this November.  We are delighted to share with you that commencing 1 November we will start a relocation to a new London office. We like to set ourselves a challenge, so, at the same time we are also rebranding in order to better reflect our evolving vision and objectives.

This is a very exciting time for us as a business and it will allow us to enhance our services and provide an even better experience for our valued clients.

Change at RPG Crouch Chapman, we are moving office

Our decision to move office has been driven by our commitment to continuous growth and improvement. Our new location offers a larger, state-of-the-art facility that will accommodate our expanding team and foster greater collaboration. This move will enable us to streamline our operations, optimise efficiency, and provide an enhanced work environment for our team.

It is our plan that through November we will slowly reduce our presence in our existing office at Dowgate Hill, and at the same time move our London team and tech to the new office with a view to having the whole team at the new address before the end of November.

From Wednesday 1 November 2023 our new London office address will be:

RPGCC, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BT

Our switchboard telephone number will also change and our new telephone number from 1 November onwards will be 020 7870 9050.

Our email addresses will remain unchanged as first initial surname@RPGCC.co.uk and our website address of www.RPGCC.co.uk remains the same.

If we are your registered office, we will be contacting you separately, but your new registered office address will be:

C/O RPGCC, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BT

Our Company Secretarial team will be working to update your records with Companies House from early November and we expect this process to be complete by the middle of November.  Should you have any questions in this respect, please contact your usual RPGCC contact or email us at hello@rpgcc.co.uk and a member of the team will contact you.

Improved client experience. Our new office will enable us to offer an elevated client experience. The modern facilities will provide a comfortable and professional setting for meetings and consultations. Additionally, the expanded space allows us to introduce new services and solutions that cater to the specific needs of our clients.

Strengthened brand image. Through rebranding, we aim to establish a stronger brand image that resonates with our target audience. Our new visual identity, including a revamped logo and new trading name, will convey our values, expertise, and commitment to innovation.

Seamless Relocation

We understand the importance of a seamless transition during the office move. Our dedicated team is working diligently to ensure minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations. We have established a detailed plan that includes transferring equipment, updating our address information, and communicating with our clients to keep them informed throughout the process.

Gradual Rebranding Implementation

To ensure a smooth rebranding process, we will gradually implement the changes across all our channels. This approach allows us to maintain consistency and avoid confusion among our existing clients. Our marketing team is working diligently to update our website, social media profiles, and marketing materials to reflect our new brand identity.

This office relocation and rebranding represent an exciting new chapter in our firm’s journey. We are confident that these changes will enable us to deliver even greater value to our clients.
