Anne Hutchinson, Corporate Tax Director
Anne Hutchinson spent time in industry as a chartered accountant prior to moving into tax, which gives her a greater understanding of the requirements of many clients, providing a broader more commercial view. She is responsible for corporate tax in the firm, which includes the compliance for a wide range of groups and companies and has extensive experience in the following areas:
- Research and Development claims for companies from all industries including IT, Food & Drink, Medical equipment, and for all sizes of claims ranging from small to the maximum available under both the SME and RDEC Schemes.
- SEIS and EIS claims and advice
- Employee shares – providing advice on the most tax efficient ways of giving employees and consultants shares and setting up schemes, including EMI Share Option Schemes
- Providing advice on restructuring, obtaining clearances and putting new structures into place
- Tax Due Diligence
